Products are delivered by fast courier service. The maximum value of Puzzle 3D's obligations to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of purchased products is the amount collected by our company from the respective customer. In the event that prices or other product details are displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they were entered incorrectly in the database, Puzzle3D.co reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer as soon as possible. shortly about the error that occurred.
 
Orders with Cash on Delivery not confirmed by phone will be cancelled.
 
The shipping cost is 3.95 Euro for orders up to 80 lei, regardless of weight or delivery address.
Orders worth more than 80 Euro benefit from free delivery.
Orders placed with cash on delivery payment if not confirmed by phone will be canceled.
Products ordered from the site are delivered as soon as the order has been confirmed by you by telephone to one of our operators.
From the moment your order is confirmed, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone and you will then have your AWB number, having the ability to track where your package is directly on the courier site.
 
The shipping time of products depends on the respective stock. Normally, within 24-48 hours after order confirmation, you will receive the product at home if the respective product is in our stock. If in some cases the product is not in stock, an operator will inform you by phone or email about the shipping time of the ordered products.

The "Consumer" (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e., does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT number), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded at a distance, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Consumer has the following 14 days to communicate their willingness to exercise withdrawal. The communication may be made, for example, by service ticket, registered letter or email. Such communication must contain the buyer's first and last name, order no., invoice no. and purchase date.

The Consumer is required to return the products in the same condition as received, provided with original packaging (undamaged and complete in all their parts, as they are considered integral parts of the goods), manuals, accessories, components, keys and everything that was included, without any lack.

The Consumer shall be liable only for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from their handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In the event that the good is evidently used and/or has missing or undamaged packaging, the resulting commercial devaluation when it is remarketed as a "used product" will result in a reduction in its value.

To limit damage to the original packaging, where possible we suggest placing it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging.

Within 14 days of notice of withdrawal, the Consumer will independently, through its own shipper, forward the product to Puzzle 3D (MEDDYS SNC ) - Via Bologna 10, 25073 Bovezzo (BS), Italy. The costs of return shall be borne by the Consumer.
Until confirmation of receipt at the above address, the goods will travel under the responsibility of the Consumer; therefore, it is recommended that the return shipment be insured against theft, loss or damage in transit, for which AgriEuro assumes no responsibility.

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the customer the full amount of the transaction (subject to the limitations in the preceding paragraphs) using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods until the Consumer has demonstrated that he or she has actually returned the goods.

Supplier withdrawal

The MEDDYS SNC, has the right to terminate the sales agreement by providing the customer with a simple reasoned notice if force majeure or unforeseen impossibility not attributable to the online store or the carrier arise. HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
 
According to the current GEO 34/2014 regulations, you can return products purchased from Puzzle3D.co within 14 days of their purchase.
 
The product can be returned under the following conditions:

intact packaging, labels and accessories
To show no signs of use
The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition (including packaging) and shows no signs of wear and tear. If you reject the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via phone or email to determine the return details.
 
Return costs will be borne by the customer, and a refund of the value of the product will be made within approximately 5-7 business days and cannot exceed the legal period of 14 days.
 
If the returned product is damaged, shows obvious signs of use, and cannot be sold as a new product, we reserve the right to reject the product. All these clauses and conditions are provided in:

HOW DO WE REFUND YOUR MONEY?

Puzzle3D.co may defer reimbursement of the amount until receipt of the sold Goods or until receipt of proof of shipment of the Goods, if it has not offered to retrieve the Goods itself (whichever is later). .
 
If a product ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the Seller will inform the Customer/Buyer of this fact and return to the Buyer's account the countervalue of the product, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which The Seller became aware of this fact.
