Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain, tone, texture and other natural characteristics are not necessarily defects.

9. Right of Withdrawal

12. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where the Consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.
The refund must be made within the applicable legal timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the Consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
